I was never a child until someone said,”every child has a Father “
“There are two kinds of people; THE DEAD and THE LIVING The dead are hopeless and the living are full of hope for the present and the future. An individual is dead though he is living if he does not know a path to eternity. Life without Christ is like a building without roof, an ocean without water or living without knowing your name!
Who are you? Which group are you in, of THE DEAD or THE LIVING?
This is the reason we are here today. I am destitute and broken, beating in blood without hope, before me is hell; burning flames of fire. But this Man turned my face to Him, and I saw life, therefore if we surrender to Him we will all have life!
- Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole company of soldiers around him.
- They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him,
- and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand. Then they knelt in front of him and mocked him. “Hail, king of the Jews!” they said.
- They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again.
Hard pressed, squeezed to the wall, skin bruised.
Surrounded by wolves and beasts
Through the wide gate so broad yet destructive,
A mob bands together to ruin and burn you to ashes.
They grab my property and make me pay for them
They enslave me to work long hours,
Blisters on my hands, blisters on my feet.
They sing “joy…” and clap when i bleed.
When darkness was so deep on me, Christ stepped forward,
All were amazed, “whose son is this?”
He grabbed my hand to save me
They gave way and restored what they took.
In my heart is everlasting peace.
In my life, freedom reigns,
Living in Christ makes me whole.
From the bondage i am freed, freedom reigns
